      • amended to include that the minimum uniformly distributed design load shall be 25psf (lbs./ft2). 
    • Table 1607.1 
      • amended to require a minimum uniform live load of 40psf (lbs./ft2) in habitable attics and sleeping rooms
  • Frost Depth for Footing Protection: 
    • 24 inches
  • Presumed Soil Bearing Pressure: 
    • 1500psf (lbs./ft2) for “allowable stress design” 
    • Others to comply with 2018 IBC Chapter 16 
  • Climate Zone: 
    • 5B
