- Can I have a waste dump on my property?
- No. Since the City of Twin Falls is required to meet certain environmental requirements at the wastewater treatment plant, the city does not allow uncontrolled sources of wastewater discharge. An RV waste dump on a private lot is considered an uncontrolled wastewater discharge.
