PUBLIC NOTICE

 The Magic Valley Regional Airport hereby announces its FY 2023-2025 Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Race-Neutral goal of 0.0%. The proposed goal and rational are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Magic Valley Regional Airport office, 492 Airport Loop, Twin Falls, ID for 30 days from the date of this publication.

 Comments on the overall goal will be accepted for 45 days from the date of this publication and may be sent to:

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)

The Magic Valley Regional Airport – Joslin Field hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 3.07% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2022 through 2024. A teleconference will be held at 10:00 pm MST on November 22, 2022 for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process.

The proposed goal and its attendant methodology are available for inspection on the City of Twin Falls’ website for 30 days from the date of this publication.

Public Comment on Passenger Facility Charge

The City of Twin Falls, Idaho is providing an opportunity for public comment until May 5, 2021 related to our Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Program. This notice includes information related to a proposed new Impose and Use PFC Application #6 for the Magic Valley Regional Airport.
