[ARCHIVED] Magic Valley Regional Airport Seeks Volunteers for 75th Anniversary Airshow

Blue Angels Air Show

The Magic Valley Regional Airport will celebrate its 75th Anniversary in 2023 with an airshow, and its Airshow Planning Committee is searching for volunteers to help organize the event. The 2023 airshow is expected to feature the Blue Angles and other exciting airshow performances.

The airshow will require a tremendous amount of preparation to bring the Blue Angels and other performances back to Magic Valley Regional Airport. The Magic Valley Regional Airport will be accepting names of individuals who are interested in forming an Airshow Planning Committee.

The committee will include five to seven volunteer members, who will work in conjunction with the Air Show Director and Magic Valley Regional Airport Advisory Board to make recommendations to Twin Falls City Council and Twin Falls County Commissioners on the planning, development and implementation of an airshow in 2023.

Individuals who are interested in joining the Airshow Planning Committee, or who would like to volunteer in other aspects of the airshow, should contact Steve Kolar, Air Show Director, at airmvorg@gmail.com
