The Twin Falls Archway Committee is seeking donations for a decorative archway that is planned to be built across Shoshone Street near Twin Falls City Park. The archway will serve as an entryway to the growing Downtown Twin Falls area and display information about current city events, non-profit events, and other information for residents and visitors.
More than $138,000 in pledges and donations has been raised for the archway project, but the project is still about $162,000 short of the $300,000 needed to construct the archway. The Twin Falls Community Foundation, City of Twin Falls, and Twin Falls County have partnered to raise donations toward the archway. The committee hopes to begin building the archway as soon as the funding goal is reached.
A recognition sign will be constructed at City Park to recognize donors to the archway project. Decorative bubbles will be included on the sign to recognize significant donations, but the committee is also accepting donations between $100 and $250 that will be recognized with bricks similar to those in the new Downtown Commons. The Community Foundation will accept donations of any size and may be submitted at: https://twinfallscommunityfoundation.org/current-projects. Donations may also be submitted with a completed form to:
