[ARCHIVED] Aggravated Assault Arrests

On Saturday December 9, 2017, Twin Falls Police Officers took a report of three adult men committing an aggravated assault in the 300 block of Lois Street.  The three men accused of the assault were known to the victim.  They were identified as Cesar Gonzalez-Ramos (21 years of age from Twin Falls), Jose Antonio Agustin (20 years old from Jerome), and Gaudencio Sandoval-Carbajal (22 years old from Jerome).

Twin Falls Police Officers were able to locate and arrest Cesar Gonzalez-Ramos on December 10, 2017.  Cesar Gonzalez-Ramos was taken into custody without incident. He is currently in the Twin Falls County Jail and has been charged with aggravated assault and aid and abet burglary.

Twin Falls Detectives were able to track down Jose Antonio Agustin location.  Jose Antonio Agustin was taken into custody without incident on December 14, 2017.  Jose Antonio Agustin was arrested in Jerome County and is currently in the Jerome County Jail, charged with aggravated assault, burglary, and witness intimidation.

An arrest warrant for Gaudencio Sandoval-Carbajal has been issued for aggravated assault as well as aid and abet burglary.  However, Gaudencio Sandoval-Carbajal still remains at large.  Twin Falls Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Gaudencio Sandoval-Carbajal.  If you know his whereabouts, please call (208) 735-7200 to speak with Detective Paredez. 

Lieutenant Terry Thueson said, "This incident was not a random event and as such we do not believe there is a significant threat to the community at this time."
