On October 28th, 2017 an elderly female was the victim of a strong armed robbery. The victim was in the Twin Falls City Park watching kids at a trick-or-treat event when the suspects ran up and grabbed her purse. The suspects were chased by several good citizens who were able to recover the victim’s purse.
