The Twin Falls Police Department will close Addison Avenue East from Eastland Drive to Hankins Road for Kimberly Nurseries’ annual Christmas in the Nighttime Sky event, which will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 27.

Addison Avenue East from Carriage Lane will also be closed to ensure the safety of spectators and event organizers. The road closures will begin at 5 p.m. Friday and will remain closed until the event is completed and pedestrian traffic has safely dispersed.

Individuals who travel through the event area are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternate routes when needed. If attending the event, parking is available near K-Mart where shuttle buses will transport participants to the event.

The Twin Falls Police Department encourages drivers to be cautious in the area due to the lack of street lights and the large amount of pedestrian traffic.
