The Twin Falls Police Department has located Pamela Kathleen Etzler, 20, from Twin Falls. Etzler was reported missing after she was last seen July 5 in the area of her residence at the 2000 block of Ruby Drive in Twin Falls.
She was found unharmed at a friends house in Jerome, where she had been living.
