The City of Twin Falls invited three finalists to advance to the final phase of the process in the search for the City's next Parks and Recreation Director. The three finalists are Wendy Davis, Karen Holmes, and Jason Sehon.
On site interviews were held on Monday, May 18th. Each candidate interviewed before two panels. In addition to members of the City's leadership team, members representing the community's parks and recreations partners also participated on the interview panels.
At the conclusion of the on-site interviews, City staff began the process of identifying the preferred candidate. Once the top candidate is identified, a series of background and reference checks will be performed and an offer will be made to that individual. The City hopes to introduce the next Director to the Council and community by early June.
