On Thursday, February 12, 2015, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Officers from the Twin Falls Police Department were sent to the Apollo Motor Inn, 296 Addison Avenue West #47, after receiving information that a person had been shot to death at this address. The identity of the decedent has been determined, but will not be released until his next of kin is notified.
Based on the progress of our investigation, our Department has identified William Dean McGrath, age 22, of Spring Creek, NV, as a suspect in this case. The Twin Falls County Prosecutor’s Office has obtained an arrest warrant for McGrath for the crime of First Degree Murder.
McGrath was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and red/black/white Nike tennis shoes. If the whereabouts of McGrath become known, we encourage citizens to please contact your local law enforcement agency and do not approach him. McGrath should be considered armed and dangerous.
Crystal Elisabeth Turner, age 30, of Twin Falls, was arrested on Thursday February 12, 2015, for Aiding and Abetting First Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.
Our Department is dedicating every available resource to this investigation. We are interested in speaking to anyone who may have information. Our investigators are also working closely with the Twin Falls County Prosecutor’s Office and the Twin Falls County Coroner’s Office on this case.
