On Sunday morning at 0024 hours a female motorist was traveling westbound in the 600 block of Park Ave. A black large SUV, possibly with Idaho license plates, was following the female motorist. The female motorist observed red and blue flashing lights on the dashboard of the black large SUV. The female driver pulled to the side of the roadway and stopped her vehicle. The female driver was approached by a white male subject, who asked her to step from her vehicle because she had been swerving. The male subject was identified as a Caucasian male, late 20's early 30's in age, 5’08”-5’11”, 160 lbs-180 lbs, clean shaven with black hair. The male subject was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans. The female driver became suspicious of the male subject because he was wearing blue jeans and t-shirt. The female driver stated she was going to call 911 unless a uniformed officer arrived. The male subject then fled the scene, traveling westbound on Park Ave.
