[ARCHIVED] Police Identify Victim of Shooting at El Milagro

The Twin Falls Police Department has identified the victim of a shooting that occurred on Friday, Nov. 28 at the El Milagro Housing Project at 1122 Washington Street South as Ricardo Beraun, 28, of Twin Falls.

At approximately 6:30 p.m. Twin Falls Police were dispatched to the housing project in regards to a shooting that witnesses said had occurred about two hours earlier. When officers arrived they found Beraun in one of the apartments with a gunshot wound. The wound was not life-threatening. Beraun was transported by ambulance to St. Luke’s Magic Valley Hospital where he was treated and released.

The suspect had fled before officers had arrived at the scene.

Witnesses described the suspect as a white male who was last seen wearing tank top. Witnesses said he left the scene in a dark blue Chevy Malibu. Witnesses did not provide any further information on the suspect or the incident.
