On Monday, September 29th, at about 7:25 P.M., a robbery occurred at the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 306 Blue Lakes Blvd. North in Twin Falls. A male subject approached the pharmacy counter and handed an employee a note demanding certain pharmaceutical medications (pain medication). The subject is described as being in his 20's, approximately six feet tall, dark complexion, and wearing a yellow colored hooded sweatshirt. The male was wearing a surgical mask or bandana over his face.
After obtaining the medications, the male subject left the store. Direction and means of travel are unknown at this time. No weapon was displayed by the subject and no one was injured during the robbery. Police are on scene interviewing witnesses and continue to investigate the robbery.
