[ARCHIVED] Parks and Recreation Accepting Registration For Youth Baseball And Softball

The City of Twin Falls Parks and Recreation Department will be accepting registration for youth baseball and softball leagues from March 31 to April 28.

The cost will be $20 for those who live within the city limits and $35 for those who live outside the city limits. There is an additional $10 late fee charged for those who register after April 28. Fees cover the cost of a team shirt and baseball cap. Summer baseball and softball is for boys and girls in grades kindergarten through the eighth grade.

Teams typically play twice during the week for six weeks, beginning the week of June 9.

Applicants can register Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Twin Falls Parks and Recreation Department office located at 136 Maxwell Ave. Registration is also available online at www.tfid.org, by clicking on the ‘Recreation’ tab.

Volunteer coaches are needed. All volunteer coaches must pass a background check. If you have any questions please call 736-2265 for more information.
