At 3:09 p.m. on Dec. 27, 2013, the City of Twin Falls Police Department responded to a report of body found in Rock Creek Canyon, south of the Old Town Bridge near Washington Street South.
With the assistance of the City of Twin Falls Fire Department, St. Luke’s Magic Valley Paramedics and the Twin Falls County Coroner’s Office, police recovered the body of Kenneth W. Parks Jr. who had been reported missing.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the death.
