The Twin Falls Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a missing person, who was reported missing on Thursday, Dec. 26.
Kenneth W. Parks Jr., 27, of Twin Falls, was reported missing to Twin Falls Police. Parks’ last known location was believed to be in the City of Twin Falls. He is approximately 6'1" and weight about 190 pounds. He has blonde hair and green eyes.
