The Twin Falls Parks and Recreation Department will begin closing restrooms at all City parks beginning Friday, Nov. 1 and will remain closed during the winter months.
The seasonal closure prevents damage to public restrooms due to freezing conditions. During this time, water and other services are turned off to the restrooms.
