[ARCHIVED] Twin Falls Police Searching for Individual Suspected of Robbing Zions Bank

At approximately 11:50 a.m., the Twin Falls Police Department received a silent alarm from Zions Bank located at 1863 Blue Lakes Blvd. North in Twin Falls. When officers arrived, they learned from employees that a male individual with a weapon had allegedly robbed the bank.

The male individual is described as being approximately 6 feet tall, medium build with brownish hair. He was last seen wearing light green shorts, a yellow long-sleeve shirt and a black baseball cap with a yellow brim. The suspect was described as unshaven.

The suspected was last seen riding a red off-road motorcycle, heading northbound on Blue Lakes Boulevard toward the Perrine Bridge.

At 11:59, police located a red motorcycle at the Twin Falls Visitors Center approximately a half-mile north of the bank, which matched the description of the suspect’s motorcycle. The motorcycle at the Visitors Center did not have any plates. Witnesses at the visitors center told police that they saw a male individual leave the red motorcycle and enter a blue pickup truck, which left the visitors center.

Anyone with information about the robbery or the suspect is encouraged to call police at 208-735-4357.

Police will release more information as it becomes available.
