A City of Twin Falls Parks and Recreation sub-committee consisting of four community members met in January to review the latest master plan, which was completed in 1997, for the Shoshone Falls and Dierkes Lake recreation areas. On March 12, members of the sub-committee provided the Parks and Recreation Commission with a brief update.
Sub-committee members discussed what had not been accomplished from the 1997 master plan recommendations to see if they are still a viable project. The group also decided to met on site for the next meeting to get a better understanding of the terrain and to review areas that may not be familiar.
