Due to a billing error, the City of Twin Falls did not include sanitation services on some utility billing accounts for the month of January. The City has sent effected customers a second bill for the total amount due.
Customers who are on auto pay, or who have elected to include the sanitation payment with their next month's payment, will not incur late charges. Questions about your account should be directed to City Utility Services at 208-735-7250 or at utilityservice@tfid.org
