Citizen Survey

The City of Twin Falls will launch its first online Open Participation Citizen Survey on Wednesday, Sept. 7, and it's asking resident who have received the biennial Citizen Survey in the mail to complete and return them before the deadline on Sept. 21.

The City of Twin Falls will launch an online Open Participation Citizen Survey beginning Wednesday, Sept. 7 through Wednesday, Sept. 21. The survey will be open to residents of the City of Twin Falls and available on the City website at TFID.ORG

The online survey results will be compared with the biennial Citizen Survey that was mailed to residents in August and closes September 21 — residents who received a Weighted Citizen Survey in the mail are encouraged to complete and return them before the deadline.

The City conducts the survey to help gather citizen input for the purpose of aligning city services with citizens’ expectations. The survey was sent to approximately 1,400 households that were selected based on a weighted average. Each survey is weighted to reflect one of more than 500 demographics in the community — including age, number of household family members, native language, and income level.
