The City of Twin Falls is pleased to announce the candidates for the position of City of Twin Falls Economic Development Director and is inviting the community to meet the candidates on Monday, Sept. 12.
The City advertised the Economic Development Director position for one month and received applications from several states including Idaho. That candidate lists has been narrowed to three finalists, who include Bradley Mecham, Cheryl Viola, and Shawn Barigar.
A Meet and Greet with the candidates has been scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 12 at Second Street Market located at 210 Second Avenue South. The public is invited to attend and light refreshments will be provided.
The Economic Development Director’s position is critical to attracting quality environmentally friendly businesses who will contribute to the community and improve the overall quality of life. Specifically, the position is responsible for preserving our traditional agriculture industry as well as expanding our economic base for new industry.
