The City of Twin Falls has contracted with Kloepfer Inc. to reconstruct the intersection of Filer Avenue and Hankins Road. Construction will commence August 1st and is expected to end October 12, 2022. This project will include reconstructing the east half of Hankins Road at the intersection and building out the east leg of Filer Avenue with the installation of curb and gutter, ADA ramps, sidewalk, utilities, and asphalt pavement.
Traffic will be limited to one shared lane for alternating traffic in both directions throughout the duration of the project. During construction there will be no access to Hankins Road from Filer Avenue. Drivers should use an alternate route if possible or expect intermittent delays on Hankins Road.
