The Connection, a utility contractor for Sparklight, will be installing an aerial fiber optic line along Addison Avenue West from 9 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 2 until 2 p.m. Traffic in the outer westbound lane on Addison Avenue at Blake Street North will merge into inside westbound lane for thru access.
