[ARCHIVED] Curbside Collection Taking Leaves and Fall Yard Debris

Twin Falls Leaf Collection

Customers of the City of Twin Falls’ Curbside Collection program are reminded that seasonal collection of bagged leaves, grass clippings, and other fall yard debris is included in their service at no additional cost.

Customers may discard up to eight bags of leaves and other yard debris on their regularly scheduled collection day. Customers are asked to place all leaves and yard debris in bags, which prevents debris from blowing onto streets, storm drains, and other properties. The bags should be placed next to trash bins on scheduled pickup days.

Please do not put metal, plastics, masonry, or other trash in the yard debris bags. And please remember to recycle aluminum, cardboard, and tin in the orange-top bins.

Maxwell Avenue Location Does Not Accept Leaves

The City of Twin Falls closed a leaf drop-off location on Maxwell Avenue in 2015 due to cost and safety. Please do not drop off leaves at the location. Signs have been posted to remind the public. Please dispose of leaves at curbside collection.

Please Cut Branches Down To Size

When disposing of branches, limbs, or shrubbery, please cut the items into sections of three feet or less. Large limbs and branches will not fit into the disposal trucks, and may be left behind if it cannot be collected.
