Petersen Brothers Construction will be working on infrastructure upgrades at the intersection of Carriage Lane and Addison Avenue. The upgrades are part of a new residential and commercial development at the northeast corner of the intersection.
Contractors will be moving the northeast traffic signal pole and adding a right turn lane for westbound traffic on Addison Avenue beginning Tuesday, May 26. The work is expected to be completed within three to four weeks.
Beginning Monday, June 8, northbound and southbound lanes will be closed on Carriage Lane. Westbound traffic on Addison Avenue will be closed from Meadow View Lane through the intersection at Addison Avenue and Carriage Lane.
All other traffic at the intersection will be limited to through- and right-turn traffic only.
Detour routes are posted for westbound traffic on Hankins and Kimberly Road. And drivers are encouraged to avoid the intersection at Addison Avenue and Carriage Lane – if possible. Questions about the project should be directed to Petersen Brothers Construction at 208-731-9879.
