In February 2018, the Twin Falls City Council tasked the City of Twin Falls Planning & Zoning Department to initiate a complete review and rewrite of Title 10: Zoning and Subdivision Regulations. The main goals of the rewrite are:
- Update the current definitions so that they reflect our present needs
- Make the code navigation process more user friendly
- Streamline the development approval process
- Write the code to reflect and administer the goals, language, and strategies of the newly adopted comprehensive plan, Twin Falls: Grow With Us 2016
Residents of the City of Twin Falls are encouraged to review the most recent draft of the Twin Falls Uniform Development Code. Updated drafts, as well as additional information, have been made available on the City website.
