Aqua Blast

This fast moving class mixes traditional water fitness routines with aqua dance to create a FUN and EXCITING experience!

IMPORTANT SOCIAL DISTANCING INFORMATION: Each participant must maintain 6 feet of distance between themselves, other swimmers, and the instructor.

Water Aerboics

Swim Fit

This class provides a full body workout combining swimming laps with on the deck bodyweight exercises and other pool based challenges involving threading water, going underwater and whatever creativity coach Mark can bring to the pool.

The atmosphere will be fun, friendly and challenging with the goal being that each person leaves feeling accomplished.

Prerequisites:

  • Ability to swim 1x lap (25 yards) unbroken in deep pool.
  • Ability to tread water.
  • Ability to submerge below the water.
  • Ability to get out of pool onto side deck without using the ladder.
  • Ability to do basic bodyweight exercises (push up, squat, lung, sit up) with modifications as needed.
  • Goggles recommended.
  • Class is taught on the shallow side.

CSI-City Pool Water Fitness Class

Is lap swimming not your thing?  Try water aerobics!  Water aerobics is great on the body because of the reduced impact while providing the same workout that land exercises can provide!  This class is geared towards people over 60, however if you are not 60 you are welcome to attend as well (people 60 and older will have priority registration if space becomes limited).

Days/Time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8-9am
