The Utility Services Department is responsible for reading all water meters, billing customers for water, sewer and sanitation services, collecting payments from utility billing and receipting all monies into the City's system. This department signs new customers up for service, turns water services on and off, and performs monitoring and collections of delinquent accounts. This department provides customer service for all questions relating to utility billing.
