Department Description:
The Utility Services Department is responsible for reading all water meters, billing customers for water, sewer and sanitation services, collecting payments from utility billings, and receipting all monies into the City's system.
This department signs new cusotmers up for service, turns water services on and off, and perfoms monitoring and collections of delinquent accounts. This department provides customer service for all questions relating to utility billing.
