CITIZEN'S GENERAL REPORT

Directions: This form is provided for citizens who need to make a police report of a crime against property occuring within the City of Twin Falls, Idaho. The purpose of this report is to record crimes at the request of an insurance company or crimes where no evidence or suspect exists and the victim does not need or want police investigation. On-line, reportable crimes are limited to vandalism and theft with a loss value of $1000 or less.

Reports involving the theft of checks, credit or debit cards, a loss value over $1000, or vehicle accidents, may not be filed on-line. Such reports should be taken by an assigned officer. This may be accomplished by calling 735-4357.
