The Utility Services Department assists customers in setting up service for water, sewer, and garbage and recycling. It manage the collection of utility billing payments, reading water meters, turning water services on and off, and collection of delinquent accounts.

About Your Billing Cycle
The City of Twin Falls bills has six cycles for utility billing. Depending on where you live, residential billing occurs on the first, fifth, 10th, 15th, 20th or 25th of each month. Industrial and commercial entities are billed on other dates.

Residents have 15 days after the billing date to pay. The bill is considered delinquent 30 days after the date identified on the billing. A penalty for delinquency is charged at 12% per annum (1% per month) with a minimum charge of 50 cents.
